Sadie Amara Calvano, an American actress best recognized for her character Violet Plunkett on the CBS sitcom Mom. Calvano, originally from California began with an obsession with gymnastics competition. But she decided later to pursue a career as an actress. In television, she appeared in an NCIS CBS show in the year 2010. The big screen debut came one year later with the biographical crime drama film J Edgar. The following years saw her made herself one of the hottest actors currently in the market. As of 2011, she won nominated in an award called the Young Artist Award, Best performance by a TV Series Guest Actress in Episode 11-15. In 2013, she was selected for another Young Artist Award for her role as a guest in the Disney XDs comedy series Kickin' It.
