Arianna Huffington

Arianna Stassinopoulos Huffington is a Greek American author syndicated columnist and businesswoman. She was the founder of The Huffington Post and the director of Thrive Global. Author of more than 15 books. Arianna Huffington has worked as a TV host, journalist writer, philanthropist, and philanthropist for more than 10 years. She also is the owner of The Huffington Post, an independently-liberal online newsmagazine. She moved to Greece to England at the age of 16 and received an MA at Cambridge University in Economics. The first graduate from outside the UK to serve as president of The Cambridge Union at the age of 21. Her popularity as a conservative columnist was consolidated after she graduated. When the Huffington Post was launched The Huffington Post a few months later, she launched an online voice-portal that provided an honest assessment of the current politics. Her fame has helped attract a number of famous contributors. Arianna became famous in 2003, when she ran as an independent in the California recall elections to replace Governor Davis. She also headed an Detroit energy-efficient vehicle project. She was named The Most Influential Women in Media according to Forbes in 2009 and was awarded 12th position on this list. That same year Guardian included her in the 100 most influential media on their list. In the year 2011, AOL Inc. purchased The Huffington Post and made her the head of the media company, which also included a number of existing AOL products, such as Engadget AOL music Style list as well as Patch Media. Elli Stasinopoulos was a daughter of Konstantinos a management advisor and a journalist. While she was close with her father, the relationship she had with her mother shaped the course of her entire life. She displayed leadership qualities even in her early years. At the age of 16, she returned to the UK for a degree and attended Girton College Cambridge. She joined the Cambridge Union college debate society during her time at college, where she was the third and first female to be elected the president. In 1972, her Master's in Economics was conferred. Her career as an anchor and reporter was born after graduation. She was on the show with Bernard Levin on an edition Face the music, and she began writing her own books with his aid.
