Fimbres was a contestant on the reality TV show Making the Band 3 during her sophomore year of college. It was at the mid-point of her junior year. Even though her dance skills seemed to decline during Season 2 however, this wasn't proven. In the end, she was chosen to become one of Danity Kayne's five-piece group. Apart from Danity Kane's Aundrea Fimbres The group comprises D. Woods Shannon Bex Aubrey O'Day and Dawn Richard, who make up the rest of the group. Danity Kane released their debut album Danity Kane (2006). Welcome to the Dollhouse by the band, their second album, was an international success. The first woman's group to release the first album and second album at the top of the charts were The Supremes. The Supremes were the top group on The Supremes on the Billboard 200 chart. Three singles from their albums were in the top ten. From 2005 to 2009, she was a part of the Latin Funk group Soto. The Next Big Thing Talent Show is also created by Aundrea who is the the Executive Producer.
